Conference Product Brief:
Unlock the Power of Secure Data Integration at Unprecedented Speed and Scale with archTIS

Tuesday, Nov 12, 2024
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Bradman Theatre

The rapid increase in data technologies, API-based development and microservices-based application architectures has made it difficult to integrate, consume and visualise data from disparate data sources. Most solutions that aim to secure, integrate and augment data management services are cumbersome, resource intensive and require technical expertise and specialised skills to implement and maintain. Importantly, they do not have adequate security and governance tools. archTIS Trusted Data Integration (TDI) is a new lightweight, fast, and agile solution that solves the problem of integrating, securing, and governing sensitive and classified data at scale and speed. It provides centralised security policy orchestration and enforcement using attributes-based access control (ABAC) to ensure secure and governed data. This session will introduce the TDI platform and highlight how it addresses customer challenges, including:

  • Enabling data-centric outcomes across the supply chain
  • Visualising and securing data from multiple sources
  • Ensuring export control compliance between multiple parties
  • Protecting IP from employees and third parties

See how archTIS newest solution adds zero trust capabilities to structured data access with centralised security policy orchestration to enforce ‘need to know’ and ‘need to share’ principles across the data landscape.

Session Update:
Understanding Export Controls and Strategies to Expedite InfoSec Compliance for AUKUS

Wednesday, Nov 13, 2024
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Nicholls Theatre

With the Export Control revisions issued as part of the arrangement under the AUKUS Trilateral Security Partnership, defence organizations are encountering significant challenges in achieving optimised delivery while managing conflicting information management obligations. These include multi-prime delivery programs, compliance with multi-export control regimes, control of intellectual property, and exploitation of data and information in an increasingly digitized, data-centric environment. Tony Howell and Daniel Lai from archTIS, an Australian sovereign information security company, will explore these challenges and discuss how the use of ABAC-enabled Data-Centric Security capabilities helps solve AUKUS information management and governance challenges. This will include:

  • The concept of an Enterprise Access Management plane.
  • Differences between managing file access and achieving the same across a data fabric.
  • How policy orchestration can streamline data access, security and governance management across systems and data.
  • Establishing and maintaining Communities of Interest (COIs) for secure information exchange.
  • Managing the movement of data between the Defence-controlled environment and the extended supply chain (and maintaining control).

Attend this session to gain valuable insights on streamlining data access, security, and governance to achieve compliance and expedite operational decision-making.
